As I've mentioned before, blue is my favorite color, so I'm excited that electric blue is a popular color for the Spring 2011 season. I like that this color is bright, but not so bright that it's intimidating to wear. You can easily add this hue into your wardrobe with a bright blue dress, like the ladies on the red carpet.
